Common questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You get 7 days of the Business plan with no card and no commitment. After that, you pick a plan and pay by card or ACH. If you don’t pick one, your account moves to the free Freemium plan and your data is kept.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page, with 15 days’ notice.
Does it handle sales tax?
You set the sales tax on your invoices, per client, and C2O ONE adds it up on each invoice. Which rate to charge, and filing and paying the tax, stay your responsibility.
What can Vonix do on its own?
It works when you ask. It can draft estimates, invoices and jobs for you. Anything that goes out to a client waits for your click, unless you choose to turn automatic sending on.

C2O ONE is built and sold by Vonus IA, a software business based in France. We’re opening to US cleaning companies now, starting with a limited first group.
