Vonix questions
Can Vonix make mistakes?
Yes. It’s an AI assistant, so check its work before you send anything out. Its answers aren’t legal, tax or accounting advice.
Does it send email on its own?
Not unless you turn that on. By default, anything that goes out to a client waits for you.
Who can use it?
Anyone on your team, within what their role allows. Vonix won’t show someone data they couldn’t already see.
