Terms of Service

Version of November 6, 2026.

1. Parties and purpose

These terms govern the use of, and subscription to, the C2O ONE software, published by Vonus IA, a French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle), SIRET 934 036 526 00010, 2 rue Mistral, 67300 Schiltigheim (“the publisher”), and subscribed to by a business (“the customer”). They apply between businesses. The Data Processing Agreement is an integral part of them.

2. The service

C2O ONE is online software for cleaning companies. It is used to manage clients, estimates, invoices, contracts, schedules, jobs, teams and reports.

3. Account and access

Access requires an account tied to a company. The account owner creates access for their colleagues and sets their permissions, and is responsible for revoking them when necessary.

4. Expected use

The service is provided for professional use. You agree not to try to access another company’s data, not to disrupt the service, and to comply with the law that applies to the data you process in it.

5. Availability and changes

The service evolves regularly. Interruptions may occur for maintenance. No numerical availability guarantee is given here: that would be a matter for a separate contractual commitment.

6. Plans and prices

The plans, what they include and their prices are those shown on the Pricing page on the day of subscription. Prices are in US dollars. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the offer until they are delivered. The founder price, while spots remain, is reserved for the first 10 paying US companies and is guaranteed for 12 months from the first subscription.

The publisher is established in France. No French VAT is charged on the subscription: this is a service supplied to a business established outside the European Union (Article 259-1 of the French General Tax Code), as stated on each invoice.

The sales tax on the invoices that the customer issues to its own clients is the customer’s responsibility. The customer sets it in the software, and is responsible for the rate applied and for collecting, reporting and paying it.

7. Trial

Every new company gets a 7-day trial of the Business plan, with no commitment and no payment method. At the end of the trial, without a subscription, the account moves to the Freemium plan: data is kept, and modules not covered by that plan become inaccessible until the customer subscribes.

8. Term, billing and payment

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically each month. It is billed monthly, in advance, at the price of the chosen plan; the month of subscription is billed pro rata for the days remaining. Payment is made in US dollars, by card or ACH bank debit, through the payment provider offered in the Subscription area of the application. Each invoice is charged as soon as it is issued. A change of plan takes effect on the date shown in that area.

9. Late payment

After a reminder that goes unanswered, the publisher may suspend access to paid modules until payment is made. Data is not deleted during the suspension.

10. Cancellation

The customer may cancel at any time from the Subscription area. Cancellation takes effect after 15 days’ notice; the account then moves to the Freemium plan. No month already started is refunded.

11. Data and portability

The data entered by the customer remains its property. The customer can export it at any time (clients, estimates, invoices, jobs) from the application, for the duration of the contract. The publisher processes it on the customer’s behalf under the Data Processing Agreement. Deleting the account deletes the data, except for records the law requires to be kept.

12. Liability

The publisher provides the service with due care, with no numerical availability guarantee. The estimates, invoices and tax filings produced with the software remain the customer’s responsibility, and the customer checks their content before issuing them. The answers given by the Vonix assistant are an aid: they are neither legal advice nor accounting advice. The publisher’s liability, for all causes combined, is limited to the amounts paid by the customer over the last twelve months.

13. Changes to these terms

The publisher may change these terms. The customer is informed at least 30 days before they take effect; if it refuses them, it may cancel within that period.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the publisher’s registered office.
